1. Finding E.T

Why has this contest been chosen for July? (World UFO Day)

Goal: Find the maximum number of leads each day. Winners will be declared and rewarded everyday for one week. The ultimate winner will be someone who ends up bringing in the maximum number of leads by the end of the week.

Duration: 1 week

Winner: The whole contest winner will be called the ultimate finder. Competition winners will be decided on the basis of who’s the one who brought the maximum leads at the end of the week.

Rewards: $25 worth of amazon gift cards to everyday winners and $135 for the person who found the maximum number of leads throughout the week.

Points: 10 points per lead


2. Who Lets The Salesman Out

Goal: Achieving the target percentage of closed won opportunities.

Duration: 1 week

Winner: Contest winner will be declared at the end of the week.

Points: Players who complete their targets within a given period of time.

3. Grab The Hook

Goal: Create a fishing themed contest to gather leads that have denied working with the competitor or have stopped using their services and are looking for a better alternative

Duration: 3 weeks, divide your sales team into two.

Winner: The team who gathers maximum leads at the end of 3rd week becomes the winner.

Rewards: After the end of three weeks, the team with the maximum points will win. Half a day off for fishing at the decided venue of the winning team’s choice.

Points: 10 points per converted lead


4. Unleash The Tiger

Goal: Motivate your team to turn leads in the pipeline into opportunities.

Duration: One week

Winner: The person who’s able to convert a maximum number of leads into opportunities at the end of the week will be declared the winner.

Points: 10 points per converted lead

Rewards: Reward the winner with tickets to a water park or amusement park for the winning team


5. Justice Team

Why has this contest been chosen for July? (World Day for International Justice)

Goal: Booking maximum meetings with clients, finding clients having a problem and convincing them to use the company’s service. Providing real justice!

Duration: Three weeks

Winner: Person who’s able to find the maximum number of clients who are in need of the company’s product service, at the end of the third week will be declared the winner.

Rewards: The person who closes the maximum deal gets a chance to spend a day off at the golfing range.

Points: 50 points for each scheduled meeting, a bonus of 300 points for closing the deal.


6. Make Sales Great Again

Why has this contest been chosen for July? (American Independence Day)

Goal: American flag themed contest, The goal is to earn the best user reviews

Duration: 1 week

Winner: The person who bags the maximum number of positive reviews at the end of the week will be declared the winner.

Rewards: Participant who wins the best and the maximum number of user testimonials will be given shopping vouchers worth $150.

Points: 15 points per best review


7. Nature Lover

Why has this contest been chosen for July? (World Nature Conservation Day)

Goal: Nature inspired, forest themed contest where the main goal is to conduct the maximum number of requested demos in a week.

Duration: 1 week

Winner: The person who’ll be able to conduct the maximum number of requested demos in a week wins, winners will be declared at the end of the week.

Goal: Use this contest to motivate your team for getting referrals as much as they can

Duration: 1 week

Winner: The person who’s able to get the highest number of referrals at the end of the week will be declared the winner.

Rewards: Rewarding the winner with the hamper of the best ginger tea they could ever taste and delicious gingersnap cookies. Also gift cards available to shop from nearby organic stores.

Points: 20 points per referral. The person who brings in the maximum number of referrals wins the contest.
