Points: 100 points per loan given

How to run this contest? Run this contest for a period of one quarter and encourage your reps to try to sell as many loans as they can. Keep a track of the number of loans sold by each individual. At the end of the contest period, the person who succeeds in selling more number of loans wins the contest.


3. Masters of Mortgages

Goal: To get your reps to sell as many mortgages as possible to the people

Duration: One quarter

Points: 100 points per mortgage sold

How to run this contest? Run this contest for a period of one quarter and encourage your reps to try and sell as many mortgages as they can. Establish a leaderboard and track each individual’s performance. The person who sells more number of mortgages wins the contest.


4. Customer Service

Goal: To get your reps to provide the best service to all the customers who come to seek your service

Duration: Every month

Points: 10 points for every positive comment received from the customer

How to run this contest? Organize this contest every month and encourage your reps to provide the best service to all the customers and get positive feedback from them. At the end of the contest period, the person with the highest number of positive feedbacks wins the contest and receives exciting prizes.


5. Fee Fulfilment

Goal: To get your reps to reach out to the loan defaulters and get them to pay their monthly installments on time

Duration: Every month

Points: 100 points per loan payment

How to run this contest? Run this contest every month and encourage your reps to reach out to the loan defaulters and get them to pay their monthly installment. At the end of the month, reward the person who succeeds in getting more number of loan defaulters to pay their monthly installment.


6. Race for Referrals

Goal: To get your reps to earn referrals from the existing customers

Duration: One week

Points: 50 points per referral earned

How to run this contest? Run this contest for a period of one week and encourage your reps to try and bring in referrals from existing customers. Keep a track of their progress on a live leaderboard and reward the rep who succeeds in bringing in more number of referrals.


7. Upsell and prosper

Goal: To get your reps to upsell your services to the existing customers

Duration: One month

Points: 50 points per upsell

How to run this contest? Run this contest for a period of one month when you want to increase your sales. Encourage your reps to actively try to upsell your services to existing customers. Reward the person who makes a significant upsell or more number of upsells.
