Goal: To get your reps to close elephant-sized (big) deals.

Duration: One month

Winners: The top 3 reps who close the biggest deals

Points: You can award the points in the following way:

  • 500 points for the largest deal closed
  • 200 points for the second-biggest deal
  • 100 points for the third-biggest deal

Reward: You can present a huge basket of chocolates, cookies, or goodies to the winners. Have 3 different sizes of these baskets,

  • The biggest basket goes to the person who comes in the first place by closing the biggest deal
  • The second biggest basket goes to the person who comes in the second place
  • And next big basket goes to the one who comes in the third place

Duration: One day

Winner: The person who brings in the highest number of leads by the end of the day

Points: 10 points per lead

Winner: Select the employee who gets the most number of sweet, honest and friendly compliments from the clients by the end of the day.
