Why has this game been chosen for December? Navy Day

Goal: To bring in the maximum number of leads within the month.

Duration: 1 month.

Rewards: Sailing on a cruise is everyone’s dream. Make this dream a reality for the winner of this contest. Gift cruise tickets to the winner and her plus one.

Points: 10 points per lead.

Theme: Establish a live leaderboard that shows each individual’s score. The person who comes at the top of the leaderboard with the highest score wins this contest.

2. Be a Pilot

Why has this game been chosen for December? International Civil Aviation Day.

Goal: To increase the lead conversion rate.

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: Reward the winner with a business class flight ticket to his favorite holiday destination.

Points: 100 points for converting a lead to a paying customer.

Theme: Establish a live leaderboard to monitor the progress of the contest. At the end of one week, the sales rep who comes at the top of the leaderboard with the highest score wins the contest.

Goal: To get your reps to increase the number of demos that they do.

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: Gift the winner with a healthy meal subscription that delivers healthy meals to her doorsteps every day of 1 month.

Points: 10 points per demo call.

Theme: This contest helps you to substantially increase the number of demos that your reps hold. Ask your reps to hold as many demos as they can in 1 week. The winner will be the one who has given the highest number of demos than everybody else.

4. Tea for Cross-Sellers

Why has this game been chosen for December? International Tea Day.

Goal: The goal here is to increase cross selling in various business units of your organization. With this contest, encourage your sales teams to cross sell products from different business units. A sales person gets points if she brings a cross sell lead for another department.

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: Treat the winning team with a special tea from Starbucks.

Points: 80 points per cross sell leads

5. Christmas Revenue

Why has this game been chosen for December? Christmas.

Goal: To meet a sales revenue target in 1 week

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: A family staycation at a nearby tourist spot for Christmas. Or you can ask the winners to pick a spot and cover their trip expenses (as your budget allows).

Theme: Run a Christmas-themed sales contest. Reward the top 3 reps who first meet the revenue target.

6. Educate your team

Goal: To educate your sales reps and improve their sales knowledge and selling skills.

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: Provide an opportunity for your employees to attend classes, seminars, conferences, etc. and help them improve their sales expertise.

Theme: Give a chance to your sales reps to attend seminars or conferences in their city or in their neighboring cities. This gives them a break from their regular routine and motivates them to learn and gain new skills in their area of work.

7. Close the week

Goal: To get a single largest deal.

Duration: 1 week.

Rewards: Reward the winners with a chance to celebrate new year’s eve at the most happening restaurant or pub in the city.

Points: 200 points for bringing in the largest deal in terms of revenue than everybody else.

Theme: Run a new-years themed sales contest. Select the top 3 reps who earn the largest transaction than everybody else as the winners. Treat them and their family to the most lively new years party in their city.
